The Fairy Godmother Project is a non-profit organization founded to provide scholarships toward extra curricular activities for girls ages 6-17 and grades 1-12 from low-income working families who do not qualify for any type of assistance. These activities can include but are not limited to sports, art, dance, music, theatre, STEM programs, summer camps etc. The founders of this organization recognized that working families are struggling right now, so their goal is to provide financial assistance so that young women can pursue their dreams and reap the benefits of broadening their experiences. 2022 is the inaugural year of the organization presenting scholarships, and there are currently four $250 scholarships available.
Eligibility: A letter of recommendation from the student’s appropriate teacher/coach/counselor/program director should be attached to the application.
