Wilmington, DE – Team MSGA finished second place behind Team GAP in the 35th Senior Challenge Matches held at Bidermann Golf Club. The Senior Challenge Matches bring together the MSGA, Golf Association of Philadelphia (GAP), New Jersey State Golf Association (NJSGA), and Delaware State Golf Association (DSGA) for a friendly competition. Each organization is represented by eight senior golfers, aged 55 and older, who play 18 holes of stroke play. The team’s score is determined by adding the best six individual scores. The low score for the MSGA was from Lee Felmister, who shot a 74 (+2), which tied for the day’s low round with Chris Fieger from GAP. GAP finished the day at 467 (+35), and the MSGA finished six strokes back at 473 (+41).
We want to thank the membership and staff at Bidermann Golf Club and the Golf Association of Philadelphia for a fantastic day.
