Maryland Junior Team overcomes Seven Stroke Deficit to win Second Straight Mid Atlantic Junior Invitational

The Maryland Junior team spotted the Virginia team 7 strokes and the West Virginia team 3 stokes as play started in the second and final round today. Led by Sean Bosdosh's 4 under 68 the Maryland team rallied to win by 2 shots over the Virginia team. Sean Bosdosh (75-68-143) was medalist for the Championship. The Maryland team had 5 players finishing in the top 7. Other Maryland scores are Keegan Boone (78-72-150) & Alex Church (77-73-150) who tied for 3rd, Ryan Cole (79-72-151) & Bart George (77-74-151)tied for 7th and Brian McCormick (79-82-161), Jordan Sweet (82-80-162) and Andrew Sovero (82-87-169) rounded out the team.

This is the second year of the event and the Maryland team also won last year in Virginia. Next year the competition will be played at Woodholme Country Club, Pikesville, Maryland.
